Elite discount bev package and wifi upgrade pre-cruise in 'plan my cruise'

Hi,

 

I was recently on board Apex and I was told that when I achieve elite status (would happen after that cruise) the wifi/bev package upgrade discounts would be honored in 'plan my cruise' for future cruises.

I see however the 'normal' 20% discount on wifi upgrade but not the 30% of elite.

With upgrade to premium package it does not say any discount.

 

I am based in EU so calling captains club by phone is not really an option.
Travel agency's are not really up-to-speed with the elite perks.

 

What is the experience/advice of my fellow cruisers?

I have always had to call to have the discount applied.

You need to call for CC discount, never been applied in the cruise planner purchases

You need to call and the discounts don't usually stack other discounts.

Hit elite a few cruises ago. Nothing different in cruise planner.  (it ain't that hard Celebrity! C'mon!)
