New to Silversea.

We have booked a cruseon Silver Spirit forAugust 2024. I was trying to get into MySilverSea this morning and got the message that the server could not be reached. Am I doing something wrong. I have tried both Safari and Goggle Chrome.

There has been a problem this morning with the booking system which may be related - just keep trying.

 

I should add that MySilverSea is somewhat temperamental at the best of times as which devices/browsers it works on (or not as the case may be!)

There is a very well known issue affecting Apple products. Login on a PC, or update your OS/iOS.

And yes, there have been intermittent problems (logging in, and others) for about 2 weeks.

My SIL had problems and called Silversea and they gave her a temp log in that worked explaining that there is some glitch with first time users and the system. As others have said it is a temperamental website at best. Good luck.

I tried three different Operating Systems on three different machines and couldn't get in😤

PC with Win 11 / Chrome.

Ipad with IOS

Samsung Tablet using Android / Chrome

 

I contacted my PCC at SS in London and was told that any problems I had were nothing to do with them (SS) as I had booked my cruise through a TA, and I was to go to the TA and let them sort it out.

 

The TA was as impressed as I was .....😏

I had no problem getting into My Silversea with Google Chrome just now. However, the booking system has been down since at least Saturday.

Also had problems with mysilversea app over last 2 weeks using apple  devices but been able to access via chrome and windows

I spoke with a SS representative on Friday.  He said they were aware of the problem and that has been occurring  for several days.  IT is supposedly working on the problem.  Google Chrome was suggested but they did not produce any different results.
