I was trying to get into MySilverSea this morning and got the message that the server could not be reached. Am I doing something wrong. I have tried both Safari and Goggle Chrome. I should add that MySilverSea is somewhat temperamental at the best of times as which devices/browsers it works on (or not as the case may be!) Rare JSR Posted October 23, 2023 #6 Share Posted October 23, 2023 My SIL had problems and called Silversea and they gave her a temp log in that worked explaining that there is some glitch with first time users and the system. Ipad with IOS Samsung Tablet using Android / Chrome I contacted my PCC at SS in London and was told that any problems I had were nothing to do with them (SS) as I had booked my cruise through a TA, and I was to go to the TA and let them sort it out.
