Invoice question

I paid to upgrade to an ocean view balcony guarantee a few days ago. There was some confusion with the employee when I upgraded and she admitted she made a mistake and quoted me the incorrect upgrade price and had to check with a supervisor first. There was no mention of a suite during the phone call. Do they call ocean view balcony cabins suites now or did I possibly score a suite guarantee? image.png.a2072b6a0079167a5e66428f6be4d0f8.png

Without seeing the top portion of the invoice there is no way of telling whether you are in a suite or balcony
