I booked a guaranteed balcony on RC Navigator of the Seas and this morning I found out it is cabin 6338 which is a deck above the main dining room. Anyone have experience with noise level for cabins a deck above the galley? I am considering asking my TA for a change in cabin if available. Thank you in advance for your response.

Cabin is above the carpeted dining room and not the galley (kitchen). In general, being UNDER noisy area is much worse than over (especially galleys). You should be fine! Enjoy your cruise!
