Where on the MSC website can I see how much I owe?

Hi all,

 

Can someone please tell me the path to get to how much we still owe towards our final cruise on the MSC website?  We looked all over yesterday but could not find it?

Go to https://www.msccruisesusa.com/

 

Click on the Head and Shoulders next to the magnifying glass. (Manage Your Booking)

 

Click on "Login" under "WITH YOUR MSC ACCOUNT"

 

Sign in with your Sign in name and Password

 

Click on "Cruise Details" near the top of the page

 

Click on "Payment and price details" near the top/middle of the page

 

Look for "AMOUNT DUE" under "TOTAL PAID"

@Two Wheels Only We booked through a TA so the “Payment and Price details” does not show up for us.

Similarly, if you book onboard it doesn't seem to show up either...

One of my cruises was booked through MSC's concierge service and didn't show price details nor did it give the option to pay online. One day, it just popped up and gave me all info and options like my other cruises that were booked online.

 

As for the "normal" travel agent, a guest would go through them to see how much is left to pay, I guess.
