Route of Jubilee from europe

Does anyone know, the date of Jubilee coming from europe and what the route will be.  John Head, said it would be in Galveston on 20 December, but next cruise from Galveston will be 23 December

If you want exact latitude and longitude coordinates, I doubt anyone knows yet, not even Carnival's fleet control center as the actual route will be dictated by weather and will likely be a game day decision.

 

Her general route will likely be from the Netherlands head west through the North Sea, through the English Channel then head southwesterly across the Atlantic then round the Florida straits between the Keys and Cuba then across the Gulf of Mexico to Galveston.

 

If she will be in Galveston for a few days before her inagural cruise they will likely use that time for media events on board, tours for travel industry professionals, etc...

I have read, the route would be Southampton, 18 days, Port of Virgo, Spain, Las Palmas and Tenerife in Canary islands, Funchel, Portgal, then to Grand Turk and Galveston.  But no dates.

Are they doing a revenue Transatlantic? I thought she was headed straight to Galveston as a nonrevenue reposition.

I don't think, carnival would pass up the opportunity for bringing passengers with revenue and the press reviews.

Im almost 100% positive there wont be passengers on the reposition.

If Jubilee arrives in Galveston on the 20th, she'll have to go back out to sea for the day on the 22nd as Dream and NCL Prima will be at terminals 25 and 28 that day. 20th would be a great day to arrive as there are no other ships in port that day. That will make it easy for people like myself, who plan to be there when she comes in, to be able to find parking and walk around without the usual cruise crowds.

I'd imagine Jubilee would stop somewhere in between Germany and Galveston. That could be somewhere like Southampton, Miami, or both

 

It would be cool if they did an Excel class meetup like what the Oasis class ships once did

That looks like the original TA that was schedule to leave Southampton on October 28 that was canceled several months ago. We were on the Mardi Gras a few weeks ago, spoke to crew that will be bringing the Jubilee to Galveston in December...without paying passengers.
