Going going gone - what time?

I’m looking to book a cruise which is listed on the Going Going Gone sheet for this week. 
 

It is marginally cheaper than the current price, so why not save a few bucks. 
 

are these fares (if a stateroom is still available) available starting Tuesday at midnight EST? Or is it sometime later? Do TA have access to these fares?

Not sure exactly when and, as you pointed out, they may or may not show up.

They are gone once the desired number of cabins at that price has been sold, if not sooner. There is no standard timetable or time of day it expires.
