OK...my Eden receipt in my email says $110...now my "order history" online says $130 (and OBC decreased overnight!)

OK...my last transaction was on 11/16.

I keep a spreadsheet of what we spend...and how much OBC is left.

There was $114 left--I remember seeing it AND that is what I noted in the spreadsheet.

Even when I was on yesterday that is what it said. 

 

Today it says 94!! WHAT??!!

 

Interestingly when I look at order history on our online reservation, Eden now shows 130...my original email receipt says 110.

 

WHAT IN THE WORLD??!! 

Has anyone every had this happen?

 

I guess I need to call...THAT should be fun.

I know it's only $20 but that is unacceptable & infuriating!

Did they forget to add the gratuity when you made the purchase?

When purchasing specialty dining the gratuity is always auto added so it might be gratuity but your nmumbers do not make sense.  I would check with them for sure.  It is only $20 but why should you give them $20 more if not correct.

Gratuities are there.

Called (only 8 min wait) & resolved--but not by them!

I bought Le Voyage & Eden for this cruise last December.

We ended up doing Beyond in April & did Le Voyage then, so I refunded it.

On the original invoice, each restaurant is separate, then gratuities added at the end for both.

When refunded, the online receipt shows the total w/ gratuities, as does Eden, which is why it appears different.

 

SO--WHAT HAPPENED TO THE $20??!!

Honestly, not sure.

But I have no screenshot to backup it up.

I find it hard to believe that it was $92 for the last 5 days when I have been on the online reservation daily making notes & such. 

But it is possible. 

 

Oh, well, I saved several hundred dollars the past week rebooking excursions & hotel for this trip in addition to hotel rooms for a wedding next summer. And upgraded our interior 16 day transatlantic in April for an obstructed balcony for $100 more. So not TERRIBLY worried about $20!
