I used to love riding on their big truck when they took their cattle on agistment to Forbes, My BIL lived at Winston Hills, with glorious views until they built a big ring road at the back. Blue Mountains is glorious but too far to travel to work in CBD Sydey That's the trouble with CBD working, the one thing that Gough Whitlam tried to do that I thought was a great move, was his vision for decentralisation, unfortunately Frazier did not follow it up, and IMO that was a major disappointment.
