Refunding DBP while on cruise?

My husband and I have both developed a serious sinus infection and we’re now not drinking for the rest of the cruise until we feel better. We’re day 5 of 8. Is there any chance we’d get a refund for the next couple days? Has anyone ever had luck with something like this getting refunded?

The very few times this was reported, I seem to recall folks having to pay full price for all the drinks they did consume and was done earlier in the sailing.

Did ship doc diagnose you both with sinus infection and prescribe antibiotic?   If yes, then you may have a shot (pun intended).

If not, guest services may want to send you to medical to get checked out
