Help!!! Connections In Dublin

My friends are doing a European cruise and have air connections thru Dublin. They will be staying a few days in Dublin. How much does it cost to take a cab from the airport into Dublin? Are there any other alternatives to a cab?

Try checking on their web site, at http://www.dublin-airport.com There's a link on the left hand side of the page about getting to the airport. (It was the first hit that came up after I put Dublin airport into Google.) Hope this helps.

This was about 2 years ago, but we took a taxi from Dublin Airport (north side of the city) to a B&B just north of the downtown area and I believe it was about 13 Euro. Found out from the owners where we stayed that on the return we could catch a city bus to the airport which stopped out front (we were on the main road from downtown to the airport) for 1 Euro. It was convenient and even had luggage racks at the front as your boarded

I use to live in Dublin. Depending on where you will be staying in Dublin the Cab fare will be 15-20 Euros. You can also check with the following site for some more ecconomical ways to get to the city center.
