Solo in a Concierge class cabin on a 12 day TA.

 

How many points do you get? Website says 24 but could it be 48?

Should be at least 60 because Concierge is 5 pts/nt. Not sure if you get double points for a solo booking.

Solo concierge for 12 nights will get you 120 points.

Where on the website does it say that? That doesn’t even make sense.

It should be 120 for the sailing.  5pts/nt in Concierge, doubled for solo.  You could also get an extra 5 pts if you opt in for Go Green (total 125).

 

However, you will almost definitely only get the 5pts/nt post to your account.  I always have to ring up Captains Club to get them to correct it.  But never been a problem to get them.  Just annoying that you have to do it every time.

Makes perfect sense if you’re paying the same amount for a cabin as two people. The new solo cabins don’t get double points. 

 

Single Travelers

Guest travelling as a single traveler in a stateroom will earn double the amount of Club Points, based on stateroom category and number of nights sailed. This applies to all sailings on or after July 1, 2014, and to all Captain's Club members including Preview members. Single travelers receive one set of offers per sailing. However, any bonus points that a single traveler qualifies for will not also be doubled.  For example, a single traveler that qualifies for a double points promotion will receive an extra set of Club Points for being a single traveler and an extra set of Club points for booking a qualifying sailing for a total of 3x Club Points.

You misunderstand.  What doesn’t make sense is what the OP stated.  That’s the wrong number of points for that stateroom.  That’s what doesn’t make sense and why I asked where the OP saw that.

I suspect it is confusion with Crown and Anchor which is 1 point per night and double for solo.

I suspect you are correct.  The OP was probably confusing the two programs.

As others have said, solo should get you 120 points, 60 for each person who "should" be occupying the room if it were full. If they don't give you double points, it should be easy enough to fix by calling!
