What has changed in Blu from pandemic till now

Tables are still close and service is still excellent, IMO.  Lack on menu variety is a fleet-wide thing and not exclusive to Blu, nor related to the pandemic, in my view.  We were in Luminae in October but dined one night in Blu and is was great.  I just booked two AQ cruises 20 minutes ago.

There was a very similar question last week so if you don't see a lot of responses maybe scroll back a few days.

We've been in AQ four times since the restart. Entrees are about the same. Some of the entrees - beef, in particular - seem to be of lesser quality but we noticed that primarily on one ship (Solstice) last year at Christmas. It was a bit better in September. All the servers are run off their feet ... I am guessing that there is a minimum of one fewer server and assistant in the room.
