I booked for the first day of my cruise a Hair Cut and a Pedicure, If I don't need it, what is the deadline to cancel?

check confirmation  paper for appt... and spa website for your ship  Usually in advance.....

Probably 48 hours in advance.  You will probably get an onboard credit for the amount .
