Tank Stream Hotel in Sydney?

Anyone have any info on this hotel? Last time I was in Sydney was 20 years ago and stayed at The Russell hotel in the Rocks. Loved the location but see they are undergoing rennovations. Would like something close to the Rocks and Circular Quay and I'm on a budget. The Tank Stream seems nearby and is at a good price

I have no personally stayed here…. But friends of mine have. They would willingly stay again. They thought it was excellent for the price they paid. Hotels in Sydney can be quite pricey.

it is walkable to Circular Quay for boarding the ship, it would probably take 10 minutes or so.

We haved stayed at the Tank Stream and will also be there in February.  Definitely stay here!

What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport? I'm alone but not able to walk far with suitcases.

Taxi or Uber is the best way to get to your hotel from the airport. It will cost approximately $65.

@DougH I ran this up on Google maps. Looks like a very short walk. Just 300m which I will easily do next month
