How do we select boarding time at embarkation?

Sailing on Rotterdam February 16th from Ft.Lauderdale. I have completed check in however

I don't see how to select boarding time, does Holland America select a time for you or can you pick a time?

Seems different than our sailing on the Rotterdam Norway cruise this past July.

HAL will assign a check in (not boarding) time. You should get it just maybe a week before the cruise.

Our experience is that we select our own "check in" time by arriving at the port when it works for us ........Post Covid, we've never paid any attention to the "check in" time and we have been welcomed to enter the embarkation area at Seattle, Port Everglades 2x, the Netherlands and Chile.

 

(The line moves rather fast now with the face recognition and keys at the stateroom)
