We were on Millenium last week and it was a ghost town.  Not many Americans on board though…

But if you are having this issue, see if a travel agent has better rates. Mine has solo rates at a bit less than the Celebrity price for two. I know people assume using a TA costs more than booking directly with Celebrity. In my experience, this is not true.
