Help finding refund please

Please help:

 

Pre-booked a pedicure for embarkation day

The pedicure showed up in my planner as expected and I received purchase receipt.

Cancelled pedicure yesterday.

Immediately the pedicure no longer showed in my planner.

Did not get confirm email that this was cancelled. Did not even get a screen indicating a cancellation I could screen shot.

Do not have pending refund on Credit card yet. 

 

 

Carnival has been great about sending confirms for purchases. I'm a bit concerned that I did not get a confirm of this cancellation. Pedicure is scheduled for embarkation day so I can't cancel on ship and meet their 24 hour notice. Sent email to PCC last week. No return call or email yet. 

 

Any thoughts/ideas?

I haven’t gotten emails from cancelled purchases.  Refund showed up on card a few days later.

I have received emails regarding cancelled excursions and that I would receive my money back in the method of payment I used.  Since I always use Carnival gift cards to get 10% off, I receive via FedEx a Carnival gift card with the correct refunded amount.  If you don't receive a refund on your credit card by Embarkation, I would print out the confirmation and take it to Guest Services to see if they can confirm that your pedicure was cancelled and a refund was processed.  Have a great cruise!

When I have cancelled excursions or dining reservations, I have NOT gotten any confirmation.  That said, a refund has shown up on my credit card within a couple weeks.

I guess I'm lucky.  Cancelled an excursion this past Sunday, received a confirmation email Monday and got my refund to my cc today (Thurs).😉😁

I have cancelled excursions recently. On one I received a cancellation email about 3 days later and them a refund a few days after that. On another one, I never received an email but did receive my refund about 5 days later.
