We just got off Harmony last week. There was a blow dryer but it was in a drawer, so you may have to search for it.

Yes, you'll find a hair dryer in the top drawer of your desk /dresser.  It's hardwired /cannot be removed.

Not on Anthem (or any RCI ship that I've sailed).  I always take it out of the drawer and put it elsewhere out of the way.

It depends on the ship, the hairdryer on Mariner was not hard wired and could be removed.

Hmmmm DW always takes it out of the drawer and stows it in the closet to clear up drawer space.
