Upper End Corporate Contacts

I know people have posted before but I need to ask again. I am on the Crown right now and in a dispute with Future Cruises. They quoted me a price on some cruises took my money after I verified the price 4 times and now they are insisting that they goofed and the price is more. This is all about a plus package that was supposed to be included and now it is not. Any ideas on who to contact to resolve ?

Did you get a quote in writing?

 

If you needed to verify it was correct 4 times, seems you knew it may have been too good to be true?

 

Don't trust anyone in the FCC area - especially when they pull the Princess Vacations offer out.

It’s mostly an oops we know what quoted you but we were wrong too bad so sad. It has to do with including plus package on the cruises. We told them fine just comp the plus packages. Obviously it is we have to call Corporate. Not holding my breathe

All you do is just ask for your deposit back, and no harm no foul?

Except I canceled another trip and these were to be in place at a much better price. If I cancel this one and get my money back (this was a casino rate so had to be paid in full). The suite that was booked on the earlier one is no longer available. They really need to fix this

Sometimes yes sometimes no. The future cruise people have no idea how to do them. Got it all canceled and the original cruise back with no loss of deposits

We sailed on Sky over XMas/NY...I stopped by the FCC area, we started to chat about Nov 2025.He brought up the Princess Vacations offer, I told him I was not interested in that and he immediately dropped it and never brought up that offer with me again.  We wound up booking a cruise on Sun in Nov of 25 (BTW got an Owner's Suite for about $1K less than our Owner's Suite on Discovery in Nov of this year).

 

We had no issues and the experience was great. Just a reminder to not paint everyone with the same brush.
