Aurea Level and Thermal Spa?

On the MSC web site, it says you get a Massage when you book Aurea level. Today, I booked and on my confirmation paperwork of what Aurea includes it says the Thermal Suite is included (and no massage). I would rather have the Thermal Suite. Has anyone sailed so far this year 2024 and done Aurea and which was it? I sailed last April, did Aurea and got the Thermal Pass included. Guess I can take a copy of the paperwork with me when I go and show them that it says I get that and maybe they'll oblige?

Massages were removed some time ago from Aurea.

The included massages for Aurea have been gone for a while now.  Unfortunately what MSC put in place is confusing - an "exclusive pre-cruise offer" for the Balinese massage, at an additional cost.

Thermal suite access is included for Aurea guests (though I believe you need to book to ensure it’s not busy when you want to use it - eg sea days).

Divina booked times only for sea days for the thermal area but they were flexible and it was never very crowded.
