If I pay off my cruise prior to final payment date and the price goes down before final payment would I get OBC or how does that work?

If you reprice prior to final payment the money is refunded to your original payment option (credit card).

 

We always wait until the day before final payment date to make our final payment.    Why give them your money earlier than required?

Policy is, it's the date final payment is due not the date you opt to pay. So a credit to the card used to make the FP.
