How to Cancel an Excursion

Funny...I called in and the first person I spoke with says "Oh...you'll have to speak to the Shorex Dept....I'll transfer you." (I *thought* that was the number I dialed...) Oh well...I'm on hold for maybe 5 minutes, doing other stuff on my computer when all of a sudden I'm back into the original queue, being asked to press various numbers for what I want to do.  I'm thinking..."Here we go!"  I make the correct (same) selection I did the first time and wait less than a minute this time.  I'm fully prepared to go through the spiel again...but this agent asks "What is it you want to do?"  "Oh...I need to cancel an excursion."  "I can do that for you..."  

 

And just like that in less than 1 minute my mission was accomplished.  We are more familiar with Princess and how they do things...and how you constantly get bad info via phone reps.  I guess it's not limited to Princess!
