You cruise in March? Izena sounds like you're feeling better and ready to get back on track. You can do it. Aren't you cruising soon too? Jan I am home now. Had a good time. Had a cold part of one cruise. Even with doing all the right things. I stayed in cabin a few days even with just being a cold not to pass it to someone but others did not to that, so it gets passed along. I won some in the casino but then they want it back. Why do we give it back😁 Did put some of my winnings on my bill. That's always nice. What else is good came home with a loss;;Thought because didn't drink enough water but today after eating at home (trying to be good) down 4 pounds. Color me happy. Now if I can just keep it up. I sail again in 2 weeks. Hope to see more people here tomorrow and wishing everyone a good week with a loss on next Thursday. Belle, I am having my youngest over for a early dinner/late lunch on Sunday .... We will be doing our "on-line check-in" I'm so excited about this cruise. Cut calories no change in wt yet but that’s okay. My son has been visiting girlfriend in Milwaukee frequently and eating wrong foods both of us will try to stay on track together. I leave for my cruise March 1 sailing from Charleston SC to Jacksonville FL. ( my heavily discounted cruise to make up for Boston cruise when at least 25% of passengers got Covid - due to poor ship cleaning after prior cruise had an outbreak) everyone tested negative prior to boarding. We were supposed to go to a SB get together with friends tomorrow evening, and I had planned to make a healthy spinach dip and veggie platter. But now we won't be going because DH realized he has to do prepping tomorrow for a medical appointment on Monday. Soooo....all those wings, dips, and desserts won't be a temptation for me! I will miss the get together though, it's always fun. March cruisers - it's just around the corner for you! 😁 Our cruise is *only* 247 days away! 😂 Have a great week, all! Haven't been shopping yet so didn't buy any thing for Super Bowl. Which is good. Izena glad you're feeling better and eating less sugar. Still my downfall. Don't forget to wear your mask if needed. I did good but ate some carbs (small portions) but no gain this morning. Happy! Cried a little--49ers lost. Was a good game just went wrong way at the end. Two days till weigh-in. I developed a sty left eye - makes me concerned white count is down - left msg for pcp requesting lab work this week so I can get over due covid shot before cruise. Weighed this morning 5 days of eating good foods and staying under 1000 calories - no loss scale is stuck where I started. I have several friends who have gone on the ozempic diet (ie cheating). Remember when without seeing a loss on the scale you still can be shrinking, losing inches. Yes, on the shots people taking to lose weight, what happens after you stop and what side effects will appear years later. They don't know. It was made for something else not weight loss. Wishing them the best as long as they don't take meds away from people who need it. But if you got money. Look at Oprah and others, they really lost weight.
