Booked cruise onboard

Before our last cruise ended, we booked a future cruise with the onboard cruise consultant.  I asked and he assured me that the cruise would be transferred to our travel agent.  Agent has not yet received our booking.  Anybody know how long this normally takes?  Don't want to start making phone calls if not necessary.

There is paperwork to be done...did you complete it?

If it's the same TA that booked the current cruise they will automatically transfer to them if you ask when booking. I used a different TA for the new cruise and didn't notice HAL put the old TA in. Then I had to use the form to change where all had to sign.

Thanks helby!  It's only been a week since I got off the cruise so I won't worry yet.

You might want to let your current TA know you booked another cruise on board, assigned it to him/her so they will be on the lookout for it. Then, the ball is in their court to follow up.
