Internet upgrade help

On upcoming cruise, my wife and I have FAS. My wife would like to upgrade to the unlimited internet but I don't need that. On the NCL site it only allows for us to both upgrade. Is there a way to just upgrade her? Thanks

Wait until you board.

Then do it via the APP, or, go to the Cafe and they will do it for you.

Also, keep checking your reservation.  The site can be glitchy.  Sometimes when I've gone in I don't see a way to upgrade one person and the next time I go in it'll show both names with a little box next to each of them that you can check to upgrade just the one person.  

If you see it then do it immediately as the next time it may be gone again.  LOL!  If it never pops up then as said above easy to do on the ship.

We were able to upgrade only one of the wi-fi packages on the ncl website.  However, when we tried to upgrade the other one later, it wouldn't let up

I’ve read through other threads discussing applying credit for unused FAS minutes toward onboard upgrade to unlimited internet. On an upcoming 10 day on Getaway, I also have another 200 mins in a package from TA. Can I trade in credit for the 200 + 150 mins to upgrade onboard, or must I use the 200 mins first then apply 150 to upgrade?

You need to check with the internet manager onboard. All minutes are not the same. Some have $$$ value like FAS. Some, like casino Internet minutes, have no value.

I just upgraded to unlimited for my self only.  There was a box to check.  I did this on the ncl site, not the app.

Thanks all. Once I logged out and then back in, the little boxes appeared and I was able to upgrade just one.
