Gratuities Included on drinks in Premier Package?

We have purchased the Premier Package on an upcoming cruise.  Are the gratuities for drinks up to $20, already included in the $80/day fee?  Or do they add 18% on to every drink as a gratuity?  Thanks.

Yes they are included

The gratuities are included, but it doesn't equal 18% to the staff. Some will tip additional.
