Transatlantic in March?

A real shot in the dark here but perhaps someone has done a crossing in mid-to late March?

Not a clue what to pack weather wise - this isn't with Cunard but rather Regent SS from Sth America to Portugal

We leave April 5.

I had someone respond who did FL-Portugal last March & said it was quite nice the whole way.

Sounds like leaving from FL or other southerly port to Portugal tends to be nice.

BUT YOU NEVER KNOW--could get rain, winds or inclement weather. 

So bring layers!

I have sailed from Florida to Spain in early March several times in very fine summer weather - the last few days in the Mediterranean have been chilly.
