Good luck!

They ticked me off so I left.

I charged $20 yesterday playing 75 cent a spin just to kill some time. Cashed out a whole $4 ahead.

I wanted to do some real gambling today. At $12.50 a spin my $24 voucher was pointless so I tried to charge again. My card was locked because I did not play enough of the last voucher before I cashed out.

They would not unlock it until I played through more of that first voucher. Infuriating. This is why I get so upset at the threads where people encourage you to cash out OBC in the casino.

Obviously with what I play, I'm not trying to charge out $20 in OBC. My complaints fell on deaf ears. It is what it is. So I didn't give them any money today.

Time to go around and refill the mobile bar. I am so so full still and dinner is coming up soon.

My mom was taking a nap when I stopped by the room, lucky, she got one yesterday too. I couldn't manage with the light peeking through the curtains. Didn't try today.

I almost skipped the mousse but glad I did not. Simply Devine. My mom wants to hit up al bacio and I know I don't have the will power to not grab something else while there.

My experience with Celebrity desserts is that they can be hit or miss, but I never skip their chocolate mousse (and the chocolate tortes in Cafe Al Bacon).  Always on point!

Seems that you need a sleep mask.

I am really loving your descriptions of the Beyond the Podium offerings and hope they have similar on our cruise.  I would like this sort of thing much better than game shows and (oh no!) hairy leg contests.  The food porn is great too, lol.

Tried a bite of the blue cheese...nope still don't like it. Salad was a salad. Nothing wrong with it, but it was a salad.

Ship is really getting tossed around. Been rocky all day and seems to be getting worse.

Pork tenderloin and short ribs 754

I try things that I "know" I don't like once every couple of years and I've been surprised a time or two.  It's usually still a bust but your tastes can change over time and it can be worth experimenting.  I have a friend who has never tried a single bite of many common foods.  I had to ask her how she can be so sure one of these many things would not turn out to be her favorite food if she never even tries them?

I've always thought if they could just get tje pork to stay moist, that dosh would be perfect. It's always been dried out. Not tonight and it was indeed very very good. Small portion though.

Short rib was good, although not amazing like many short ribs I've tried. The vegetables paired with it were odd and did not really go with it though the polenta was very nice.

Dessert menu.

No belly flop contests either 😆

Yea I've found a lot of items I did not used to like that I now love. Blue cheese did not become one of them 😬

I loved the flavor of the olive oil cremeaux when I had it on the Reflection last week.  Our server got the recipe for me from the chef.  Only problem, it was a recipe for 400 servings!

Been watching TV. It's a struggle to find anything worthwhile.

Going to bed now.

Tomorrow we will reach Cartagena where we will stay until 3pm the next day. Looking forward to visiting the aviary and being on a stationary ship for a while 😆

Good night everyone.

I liked it. She said it made her bread soggy.  Not sure I would like it on my pasts since I like a lot of sauce  but I enjoyed it on my sammich.

Most things except butter make bread soggy, so I see her point. Now red peppers stuffed with pesto is lovely.

Have you managed to get them to do anything about your bed and pillows?

Good morning from Cartagena.

I suspect it is going to be a hot one today as our waiter last night reminded us to stay hydrated and the Celebrity Today also has heat advisories.

We probably won't stay out too long, just want to try and get a look at the orange squirrel and other animals.

It was very good. I am not sure I could eat 400 servings but I would sure try.

That sounds good, and healthy too.

I've got the mattress topper now. That helps some. The pillows are still the same old ones but I did ask for different ones. It isn't the most comfortable bed by a long shot, but it will do.
