Gifts for door hangers and how do we get them

Hello we are going on our first ever Disney Cruise in January and was hoping someone could tell me how to get and receieve these gifts .

You need to join a group that is doing this. You can check your roll call, but Dis doesn't really have a huge presence on these Boards. Most DCL cruisers can be found on other sites.

Yes you need to join a fb group specific to your cruise date.  Then a few months before the cruise they start organizing Fish Extender gift exchanges.  The Door hangers are called Fish Extenders, because the hang on the fish ( or other sea creature) next to your door.

Fish extender gift exchanges are not a FB only product.  In fact, it started on another site for years before people on FB started claiming it.
