Persian Garden and Embarkation day on Reflection

What time will the Persian Garden be available for use on Embarkation day on the Reflection?

The hours of operation are listed as 11:00 am to 10:00 pm on Day 1 but they 

probably do an open house at the spa at which time the amenities may be unavailable.

Probably after sail a sailaway.  I did use it once on another s class ship but they are still doing tours with passsengers so did not find it any way relaxing or quiet.  I usually skip first day and get to it first thing on day 2
