Does Carnival add any more shore excursion choices onboard?

All of the things that I would like to do using Carnival’s guaranteed shore excursions for St Thomas and St Martin are already booked up. I’m traveling solo so would prefer going on their excursions rather than heading out on my own

Definitely check the Carnival Adventures desk onboard. They usually don't sell all the tickets they have for the excursions before the cruise because they know a lot of people will wait until they get onboard to decide.

Keep checking on the excursions you like. Carnival may add tickets or open up spots if people cancel.

Also check the hub app when you get onboard.  You can book excursions there.

I'll answer the OP's question in the title of this thread. I have witnessed Carnival adding new excursions a few times on my cruises. Mostly they've been simple items like hop on hop off buses, shuttles, and city tours. They've been attractively priced to grab some last minute money.

 

I wouldn't depend on this happening, but it can be an extra opportunity if and when it does.
