tauep24 Posted April 19 #1 Share Posted April 19 I am going on the Horizon 5/26. I am looking for information on how you would check in for a B2B cruise. Do you have to disembark and go through customs and screening again?

MEUB1112 Posted April 20 #4 Share Posted April 20 We did a B2B on the Dream from NOLA, we got a letter to meet at the library, a representative led us off through customs then right back on. It was so cool to see the work done behind the scenes.

grima625 Posted April 20 #6 Share Posted April 20 We did one on the Paradise in January. We met at the designated place and time. They walked us out and down to the customs area. We stood in front of the facial recognition screen, and then turned around and got back on the ship with our new S&S cards. I don’t remember seeing anyone from customs, but I’m sure they were around. Enjoy your cruises!
Anyislandwilldo Posted April 20 #7 Share Posted April 20 I've done quite a few B2B's. sadly not every port is consistent. Some ports you will get off the ship, go through customs and then escorted back on the ship. Some ports, you will sit in a lounge, they scan your old sign and said card to remove you off the ship and then give you your new S&S card and you're on your way. Some ships used to take a photo of you and your mimosa. Not anymore. I guess you get a coupon for a free drink now.
