Thank you!  I see that.  They are nice enough rooms, but not only do they have the SS bathroom and smaller verandah (as does the SQ's below), they are also under the Crow's Nest!

The main difference is location. We were midships on the Rotterdam and had 2 sinks and a bathtub (which we also didn't need). The Shower was the best I've had onboard.

Is it possible for the Neptune concierge to adjust our account for prepaid Shore Excursions, etc. in order to use non-refundable OBC and thereby receiving a refund to the cc ... OR can this only be adjusted by ShoreEx staff.  I know this can't be done at Guest Services but the concierge seems to have super powers at times.  Anyone with actual experience??

Our concierge on the Oosterdam in January did this for us and made sure there was a credit to our cc.  I assume other concierges will do it.  Cherie
