Status Match assistance

Recommended Posts

My husband’s status match was originally denied because his Marriott account at the time didn’t match his passport (he goes by his middle name). I submitted additional information from Marriott but, heard nothing back. We booked a cruise with MSC and were assured they could clear up the situation but there has been no response.

 

Has anyone had any luck with having this approved? Does anyone have a direct email?

Your husband should have got a denial via email. Check who sent him, the email. I think that this is the place
