What is the minimum amount of info to get boarding time

If you use the app you don't need to enter any info. You can choose your arrival time and do everything else later.

Couldn't sleep last night so at 12 on the dot I hit the app.  First, it went from chevk in opens May 1st to check in being closed.   Then I moved to the website which never changed from ...opens May 1st. 

 

Back to the app and after another couple minutes it let me proceed.

The app always seems to have a 5-10 minute delay for some reason. It opened at 12:07am a couple weeks ago for my next cruise.

I did it on the app a few weeks ago.  I could not find it on the website.

On some ships the ability to check in online has been removed.
