Breakfast recommendations Miami

Looking for someplace close to Holiday Inn at Port of Miami for breakfast. Hotel breakfast is overpriced. Thanks for your help!

Stayed here a month ago. Be warned. Front desk staff are great, but do not take your shoes off in your room...carpets are filthy (ingrained dirt). We had breakfast included, but most restrictive b'fast at any HI I've stopped in all over the world. eg eggs and sausage or bacon...and if you have that, you can't have cereal!? Place wants demolishing...they are living on their location!!

So across at Biscayne Market place is a place called Bacon Bit*h. Great food, but is a little pricey but fun.

Café Bastille Downtown. Great food. I won't say it is cheap, but it is really good. Most sit down places in the area won't be cheap.

A decade or so ago there were plans to sell it to a developer and demolish it but those fell through.  During Covid the owner filed for bankruptcy protection but I haven't seen anything else since then.
