We are a very "automated" home with cameras in and out, doorbell cameras, Echo Shows in every room, Apple Watch, Phone, Air Tags, voice controlled lights.... Hi, my name is Bert. I'm Fouremco's new home AI Bot. His home is very automated too. Beep...

I actually forget how to turn a light on or off with a switch. I just issue commands now! Haha.

You might be looking for this: 1) From the display screen swipe down and go to Settings 2) In Settings go to Home & Clock 3) Go into Night Mode 4) Set Night Mode Behaviour to ON 5) Schedule the time you want Night Mode On 6) Automatically switch to night mode based on available light toggle ON This is I believe all we did and the time display comes on when lights go off and the time is displayed in dim RED numbers which are actually suggested as the colour of light for night and sleeping. During the day and outside of scheduled night mode, the time will be in White and much brighter.

Rare Milhouse Posted May 16 #31 Share Posted May 16 I've done a bit of research and haven't come up with a great use case for me in using a credit card concierge. AMEX's Global Dining Collection program used provide access via their concierge to some "set aside" tables at certain restaurants. You can pull up some Youtube videos and blogs of people illustrating their success of grabbling a table somewhat last minute at a high demand restaurant. The AMEX program seems to have gone through a bit of an update/transition a few years ago where that perk went a bit dormant. In Dec 2022, I tried to book a restaurant directly but was told they were booked for entirety of December. I then tried using the AMEX concierge as I researched that this restaurant was part of their dining collection in the past but they weren't able to help me either. However, it looks like AMEX might have relaunced the program (with table set asides at certain restaurants) but I haven't tried recently. I haven't attempted using the Visa concierge to see if they could get me into a hard to access/book restaurant. One thing I might try is to have a concierge help try to book a restaurant when travelling if the restaurant doesn't have online booking and language might be an issue.
Rare CDNPolar Posted May 17 #32 Share Posted May 17 Well, someone must be using them because they have staff manning the phones and they answer very quickly. Perhaps they answer quickly because they have staff but no calls.... I am going to ask around of friends and see if anyone uses the Concierge. 1

I am starting to think it is a feature used by very few cardholders - but maybe the people that do use it, use it regularly.

We've had concierge access for many years and have never, ever considered using it. I do know that some very high status Aeroplan users will use AC/Aeroplan concierge services such as being escorted to the head of the boarding line for special boarding privileges before all other passengers, but that is Aeroplan related, not credit card.
