Hot water bottle?

Hi all,

About a week ago I was diagnosed with a strained muscle. I've been using my heating pad but read somewhere that those are prohibited. I have an old school hot water bottle (which is actually better in my opinion) and I'd like to know if I am able to request carafes of hot water while on board. Thanks.

Does a cream like Icy Hot help?  That's absolutely allowed.

The tap water in your cabin bathroom is probably more reliably hot than a carafe.

The bathroom water gets plenty hot, so that may work.

Sometimes. But, I don't like smelling like the ointment. Not sure if there is a fragrance free option. I'll check Target today.

Even water that comes out the Cabin is really hot and would work

I've taken my old school hot water bottle on board for use and the tap water works just fine for me.
