For others who have this question:  An expired passport can be renewed within 5 years of expiration without having to start the process all over again.

Just incase there are Australians reading for us it is 2 years after a passport expires. So easy before that date - a nightmare afterwards.

The way I read it, she was 14 when she got her last passport which had just expired, meaning she is currently 19.

I used to wear a lot of visors - all the time ...  My daytime/casual visor was khaki with white lettering ... my nighttime/formal visor was khaki with black lettering ... same restaurant/grill on the visor, just different color of the letters
