Cellar Masters?

We are on our first Celebrity cruise on the Reflection. We saw the Cellar Masters a were intrigued. They serve food and wine? 
is it included?

Wine.  It is the best place on the ship to get a good glass of wine.  There may be an upcharge involved for a good glass of wine even with the premium drink package...

Don't Eclipse and Solstice also still  have Cellar Masters?

The last ship that I was on that had Cellar Masters was the Millenium.  It was a very nice venue to get a glass of wine.
