I really enjoyed reading your adventures, and I am amazed at how you both kept up that frenetic pace of activity with a strenuous excursion nearly each day. WOW! These Mediterranean cruises sure are port-intensive!

Anecdotal, but fun - two pizzas ordered ashore this trip. One of the best I’ve had anywhere? Croatia. Maybe the worst I’ve ever had? Italy. Does it mean anything. No. Does it make me laugh? Absolutely

I'll be updating the background running up to this journey as we go, so stay tuned and follow along if you're so inclined - it'll be a long, rambly, photographic mess, per usual. 

 

We booked several months ago, this sailing is a 10 day Mediterranean RT from Trieste. The website says Venice (Trieste), but we know what that means. We are 48 hours from flying Air France DFW-CDG-VCE, so gotta scramble....
