MSC Voyager Club- does anyone have a contact email?

Having trouble logging in…no longer can access the email associated with account.  For the life of me, can’t find any contact on the site….and simply don’t have the patience for phoning at the moment.

Since the issue seems more of website login problem than Voyagers Club you might also try:

My wife emailed 2 weeks again and just heard back the other day.

I'd say stop emailing for a bit in case you are putting yourself at the back of the queue each time! 😮

I contacted the Voyagers Club email and immediately got the auto response saying they received the email.  Six days later I got another response:

 

Dear XXXXX,

Thank you for contacting the MSC Cruises Voyagers Club.
I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I have reviewed our systems and opened a ticket based on the information provided.
We ask that you allow us 5-7 business days to have these technical matters resolved.
To better assist you with general questions or concerns contact us at the number below.
Please note emails are handled in the order they are received. If you send multiple requests, it may take longer to receive a response.

I've had 3 recent occasions to contact the MSC Voyagers Cub customer service.  Responses we received within 1-2 weeks of my initial contact.  All issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

I have said it before: get assigned to a MSC Concierge. One point of contact for all things MSC.
