The Den has a few bottles and the Sommellier in MDR has found a couple for us . Hoping they don’t run out completely during this cruise. The Veuve de Vernay sparkling is acceptable. Hi. Seems the only wines that was on our cruise and now on yours are the Bordeaux, the pinotage and the sparkling wine. Us too we stayed with the sparkling and the Bordeaux because the other ones were not very good. We brought a couple of bottles of french Bordeaux on board and drank it on the balcony which were a lot better and Azamara saved a few dollars by keeping their scrap. Hope they find you some more of that Syrah you like. Enjoy your cruise.
wjfan417 Posted July 9 #52 Share Posted July 9 We had a lot of OBC last year and found several reasonably priced wines on the bottle list.

Unfortunately the Beauvotte Syrah has now run out and so we are resorting at dinner to the Bordeaux which is just about palatable although not particularly enjoyable. As a result in the evening bars I am drinking Vodka Martinis using the included vodka. G &T is a no go due to the awful Royal Club. A lot of grumbling from loyal Azamara guests about the poor choice of included wines.
HalifaxYorksCruiser Posted July 9 Author #54 Share Posted July 9 The weather is making up for the poor choice of wines though. St Tropez today
HalifaxYorksCruiser Posted July 9 Author #55 Share Posted July 9 The included white wines although in some bars and MDR they may differ
Rare uktog Posted July 9 #56 Share Posted July 9 The included Reisling used to be nice if it was properly chilled, but of course with generic bottling I can’t be sure what you’re getting will be the same as us a few months ago in the Far East

360Guy Posted July 27 #58 Share Posted July 27 Thank you for the informative thread! We are sailing next June on Onward. If we bring wine on during the cruise is corkage $15/bottle? Are there any discounts on the wine bottle packages? Bob

Corkage in public rooms used to be $10 a bottle.
Rare ghstudio Posted July 29 #60 Share Posted July 29 While many reading this thread may find even the thought of alcohol free wines horrific 🙂, Azamara includes alcohol free (white/rose/red by the glass. Alas, it is Fre, but it's available to those who can not or choose not to drink Wine with alcohol.
