Have you looked at a deck plan or a site that details the different categories?

Even you tube video walkthroughs?

Deck and location on ship mean different things to different people depending on what is important TO YOU to be close to.

It means it is for 2 guests at most and it is located either forward or the forward elevators or aft of the aft elevators.

2 or 4 and a letter ignify up to 2 guests

1, 3 or 5 signify more than 2 guests

1 and 2 signify midship

3, 4 or 5 are forward or aft

Typically with RCCL "N" designates and Ocean View stateroom category, and the number before designates the sub-category, typically based on deck and location, with "1" being the highest and usually most expensive stateroom in that category.  So 4N would be a lower subcategory of an Ocean View stateroom.
