I just walk in their office in Reykjavik, last minute bookings, but you can also book online,for an airport pick up: https://whatson.tourdesk.is/Tour. Make sure when you book anything in Iceland (and really, anywhere) that you book directly with a provider, and not with a third party booker. Glad it worked for you, but I hang out on the TA forum and the number of complaints about poor communication are staggering.
