Have they started including taxes and fees like some of the other lines. It's the law in California, and to keep things the same everywhere, they are now including the extra fees.

Regarding prices, there was a new rule that posted prices needed to include all taxes and fees so this may be the increase people are seeing. might have taken effect July 1st?
 

when I log into the website and go to the Canadian site and try to book a cruise, the price changes to USD instead of CAD. 

The app stays at CAD I think but not the website.
