Allocation of booking Early Saver Suite

We booked an Early Saver Suite on Britannia some time ago. Not expecting to hear about allocation yet but already showing as sold out in all suites. Anyone had the issue of there being no available allocation of suites and what do P&O do and offer.

When an early saver is sold, they reduce the number of select cabins that they can sell by one.

 

So when the last select cabin is sold, they may get a choice of a number of cabin allocations but can still only book one cabin.

 

The remaining allocations go into the early saver pot.

I assume your saver booking has been taken into account in the sold out numbers.

I wonder how the early saver cabins are allocated. Is it completely random or is loyalty status taken into account?
