question does the laundry have detergent or do you bring you own?

The laundry has detergent.

They also provide fabric softener (Bounce) for the dryers..

The laundry also has irons/boards….although I’ll never be able to match the quality of the immaculate Crystal pressing service!

I’m on the Serenity in 10 days and was wondering if you can send your laundry for pressing?

I'm getting very excited for my first Crystal cruise….now if only Air Canada doesn’t go on strike !

Yes you can send Laundry for pressing.  In some suite categories this is included and in others it is not.  They do a great job with this IMHO.

Unfortunately, I can't read this Keith even on my huge desktop monitor.  When expanding the picture it gets too grainy.  Thanks for the attempt though.  Truthfully, on Crystal I have just ironed my own few items that need it....bonus was meeting Mark Farris in the laundry room! 🙂

Keith, that's a little better!  I can read the prices now so hopefully anyone who wants to get pressing done can have an idea of the cost. Me?  I will still most likely do my own ironing in the laundry room to see who else interesting I might run into!
